International Women's day! And so many topics come to mind. This week, our Rising Bees received the recognition as "Team of the Year" that they very much deserve at the the*gamehers awards and we couldn't be more proud! 🐝 On the flipside esports continues to struggle with equal representation across all positions - be that operationally or on the competitive side. I am proud to count myself as one of the female leaders in Team Vitality and the esports industry. But that doesn't mean we can stop here. As a collective, we need to continue to reach further and to support diverse and equal opportunities for everyone. We have places to reach and glass ceilings to break. Onwards and upwards 🚀
