Great hotel in the heart of Bari. The train station is one step away from where you can travel anywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is cultured, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great although we only had breakfast. I don't give 5 points for one reason. The air conditioner in the room is very cold, it cannot be setup, we switched it to warmer and after a few seconds it returned to the original temperature. The location of the hotel is not in the best neighborhood. This massive city center with all its peculiarities. Like dirt, dog excrement on the street, graffiti and suspicious figures. However, the transport is very good from here to wherever you go.

We found this baby accidentally I have to say we found very good. That kind boy who answered us at the phone and then welcomed us at our arrival. Extremely spacious room is very clean. Super breakfast made in the bar under Jerome with cappuccino and scream flirts 😋. Also very comfortable because the conventional parking 2 minutes walk is perfect. It will be our first choice when we come back to Bari. The only advice I give to the property is to have an additional eye on the maintenance and use of things in the room but really simple things. I visited Polignano a Mare in April of 2023. The Hotel Covo Dei Saraceni was a great choice for my visit. The staff was professional, and communicative. The hotel was clean, and comfortab le. The bed was comfortable. I had a very nice view. I was on a bicycle trip, and was able to secure my bicycle in their garage overnight. The breakfast was fabulous. They offered a wide buffet selection of pastries, fruits, jusices; all of the things you get in a nice hotel. The breakfast room has a wonderful outlook. I had a good internet connection.

A somewhat old hotel - at least from the outside appearance and the first impression of the room. However, the bathroom was great, everything was new and modern, great rain shower.Huge area with conference rooms and dozens of free parking spaces.The sports room is a dream and huge, sauna and indoor pool are theoretically also available - unfortunately both are not open.The breakfast had a lot of variety, but the presentation still had potential.Nice staff, disinfectants were also available in the entrance area and sports room.We asked for a quiet room and got one at the back, no noise from the street - gorgeous.All in all a nice stay at a fair price, including breakfast and fitness room. Gladly again!

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

We have just returned from Riva after 7 nights. We stayed in a self catering apartment. There is no kettle or toaster. Boiling water on the stove but no grill pan as an alternative for making toast. We realised as soon as we arrived its in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing at all within walking distance. They asked were we hiring a car (around €250 for 3 days) but i declined as driving to Bari & back of an evening meant i couldnt have a drink. I go away to relax with a co*cktail not drive everywhere :) The bus to giovinazza is 10-15 mins we had to do this when we needed a shop for bread/milk/water etc. The bus to Bari is 30 mins we had to do this each night to go out for our evening meal & drinks. There is an onsite pizzeria & restaurant which serves only fish. The hotel is lovely staff friendly & helpful (mostly) and the private beach made up for the fact it was so remote. It is stunning so we went to the beach each day (€5 each per day) We tried to go to the pool on day one but the lifeguard took our temperature (covid 19) and said “uh oh!” Apparently it was too high (also 30 degree sunshine) so we couldnt sit by the pool!! .. yet we went to the beach every day where our temperature wasnt high once. Mmm?? Prices in the hotel are very reasonable for food & drink. Fresh fruit & the berry slushes are gorgeous!! Overall we had a lovely stay but sadly its location is too far out having to get the bus every night also the last one at 10pm so couldnt enjoy our evening & stay out got a little tedious and would prevent me from going back again.

Very nice hotel, right by the sea. The room has a small balcony to see the sea blowing, very comfortable. Breakfast is on the sixth floor and it is also an unrivalled sea view. About ten minutes walk around, it is the central location of the local area. There are shopping malls, restaurants and bars, which is very lively. Take a taxi to the train station 8 euros.

I am so happy to write this review. We were two couples in need of last minute accommodations due to a medical emergency, and I literally booked two rooms with Antonella an hour before arrival. I have no words to describe how accommodating and gracious a hostess Antonella is. She waited for us outside her B&B when we arrived, helped my husband with our luggage while her husband directed us to the parking garage. She has a beautiful apartment, a few minutes’ walk from the historical center, with several rooms to rent. The apartment is huge and beautifully decorated. Our room was a king size room. It was wonderful, large and airy, extremely clean, and the bed was very very comfortable. Antonella was always available on WhatsApp for any questions and advice. She recommended and booked a great fish restaurant (Giampolo) for my husband and myself and booked a taxi for our friends, who unexpectedly had to return home. She couldn’t have been nicer and more considerate. If ever in Bari again, I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend Mammadada for your stay in Bari.

Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least!Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates!Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging!Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!
