The Process for Visiting an Inmate in the Clark County Detention Center requires multiple steps.
Follow these steps carefully to avoid any delay in getting your visits scheduled.

Step 1.
Initial Registration
All visitors must first register IN PERSON at the Clark County Detention Center located at 330 South Casino Center Blvd. Visitors who want to register to see inmates housed at the North Valley Complex have to first register IN PERSON at 330 South Casino Center Blvd. as well.Registration hours are from 8:00AM to 10:30PM seven days a week.

  • In order to Register you will need:
    A Valid Government Issued Photo ID
    A Valid Email Address
  • After the initial registration, visitors will schedule all future visits on one of the jail visitationkiosks or via the Internet from your own device.

Step 2.
Once you register you will be given a temporary password. (Hang on to it, but don't use it).
Next,Go to this website and click on the link that says 'Forgot your password?'

Step 3.
On this screen (see below), enter the email you registered with at the Clark County Detention Center, then the code that is presented to you on the screen.

Step 4.
You will next get sent an email from the Clark County Detention Center that will give you the following information:
In the email you will receive the following information:

  • YOUR VISITOR ID
  • YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
  • YOUR NEW PASSWORD

Step 5.
Go back to the Scheduling Website.

  • Log on using your email (or visitor ID) and your new password.
    Note: Make sure you have your Inmate's name that he was booked under, and his Inmate ID# ready.
  • Add your inmate and schedule a visit.
  • Add additional visitors that will be coming with you. (Inmates are allowed up to three visitors each visit)

NOTE: If your visit gets cancelled for some reason, YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. The app WILL NOT reschedule for you. The cancelled visit, if it comes from the app or the Clark County Detention Center, will NOT be counted against your allotted visits.
