Dr Shen is great. She listens, hears, acknowledges and responds to my questions/concerns. She was referred by my GYN. I've mentioned her to my other doctors who weren't aware of menopause specialists.

Dr. Shen has excellent bedside manner and an outstanding knowledge base in her area of expertise. She understood my symptoms and was able to provide a patient specific plan with clear and effective communication regarding rationale and follow up.

I really appreciated how much she listened to me, and that she let me know what medication is available and was willing to work with me to understand if I need medication and gave me information to help me decide instead of just prescribing it for me.
