@EarthLink once again earthlink email is giving me problems. they have been absolutely horrible that last few months. Now they've locked me out of my email account after insisting that I change passwords. I made up completely new passwords that they would not accept. Ridiculous.

@EarthLink I really wish your service was in my neighborhood, using this other provider that overcharges and underdeliver’s is killing the online experience. Other neighbors complain about only having one service in here also, how can we change this?

@EarthLink down since yesterday. required me to change my p/w. then required it again. Then again. today it accepted my new p/w but has no mail for me. Very unhappy with these outages. Client since 2000

@EarthLink I've been a customer for more than 20 years. I just upgraded my plan, and am NOT HAPPY that I couldn't keep my old email address, or would have to pay extra to re-associate it with my account. Fix your system. Losing an email address is a major inconvenience.

I swear to god @earthlink has the WORST internet service ever. I literally should not be struggling to take my final exam on my laptop at home. It’s bad enough that you all LIED and said that we would be able to upgrade to a faster connection. You guys really SUCK!

@EarthLink Obviously not. Here is a novel idea…instead of telling a customer that 70 is all they will pay for a month how about charging for the instillation AND first bill at the same time, and telling them. That would be transparency.

Dear @EarthLink: Having to call every day for a week only to be lied to about sending a technician for the modem before admitting on Day 5 they never dispatched anyone & don’t intend to, all while charging a monthly modem fee, is really bad business.Time to shop for new ISP?

Okay, one month in and I regret choosing @Earthlink. I thought they would provide better support, but:1. No one there seems to know what IPv6 or a prefix delegation is2. They keep hanging up on meI'll be switching to another provider just as soon as this contract is up.

@LindsayImber @EarthLink Didn’t know Earthlink was even still around. Definitely time for a new ISP. I’ve had good service and performance from Spectrum. I only use them for Internet.
